Michelle Flemen-Tung, Founder
Masters in Educational Leadership and Masters in Special Education
My work as a special educator began as a high school volunteer in a summer camp many years ago. After 20 years in the field, I have developed practical tools from both my successes and mistakes in the classroom.

Throughout my career, I have seen so many families struggle to understand and connect with their child. Neurodiverse families deserve better. Special education and social work techniques can be made accessible to any family or organization.

This is my life’s work and passion. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey .

Maria E. Garcia, Founder

Licensed Masters of Social Work Bilingual School Social Worker

My name is Maria and I grew up in Sunset Park Brooklyn to immigrant parents. I am a Sister, a Mom and a Social Worker. I highlight sister because my older brother has an intellectual disability – we are only a year apart. As a child, I remember going with my mom to appointments and being his advocate even at a young age.

I also know what it is like to get a diagnosis for my own child. I felt confused at the parent teacher conferences, overwhelmed by homework and unsure how to navigate appointments. I needed a plan and a team to support me, my child and my family, even as a professional in my field. Fast forward, several years later and my son is thriving but it took a lot of team work to get there!

Many professionals including doctors, therapists and teachers are part of this journey. We would love to be part of your team and share the knowledge and resources we’ve developed along the way. Let’s connect!
